Julie Lassébie is a Labour Market Economist at the OECD. Her work uses novel data sources to understand future skill needs and analyses how adult learning systems should be adapted in response. She also leads technical assistance projects to help governments develop better and more resilient adult learning systems. She obtained a PhD in Economics from the Toulouse School of Economics in 2018. Her work has been published in leading academic journals, including the Quarterly Journal of Economics and the European Journal of Political Economy.
