Barbora Malinovská

Barbora is the head of the working group "AI in Management" at the Czech Association of Artificial Intelligence and AI and digital solutions consultant at Applifting. She specializes in the responsible implementation of AI in management and HR processes. Previously, she worked in management positions at Siemens, where she led projects focused on the integration of digital technologies across various business activities. Barbora combines her technical expertise with strategic insight into how AI can transform the structure of the labour market. Currently, Barbora is actively involved in shaping the future of AI in HR as a trainer and consultant and leads the "AI in Management" working group at the Czech Association of Artificial Intelligence focused on the responsible implementation of AI in business processes.
