

Julia Schvarcová is a public policy expert with over a decade of experience in EU and Member State regulatory affairs across Brussels, Warsaw, Prague, and Bratislava. She joined Google in 2019 and currently leads its government affairs and public policy agenda across a significant part of Central and Eastern Europe. Her previous experience includes a focus on EU public affairs at the global consultancy Weber Shandwick, complemented by valuable experience at the European Commission. Julia holds a Master’s degree in International Public Management from Sciences Po Paris and a Bachelor’s degree in Politics and International Relations from the University of Manchester. She is also an alumna of the Aspen Institute CE Young Leaders Program.
