Marek Novák has been a Member of Parliament since October 9, 2021. Before assuming his mandate, he worked as a sales support manager, where he was responsible for e-tools supporting sales, from call center development to the introduction of an e-shop. In the Chamber of Deputies, he is a member of the Economic Committee, chairman of the Subcommittee on ICT, Telecommunications, and the Digital Economy, and a member of the Subcommittee on Transport. He has been engaged in transport issues for his second consecutive term, focusing on topics closely related to e-mobility. In the field of digitalization of public administration, he collaborates across ministries to ensure a unified approach to digitalization projects. He sees the digital economy as an opportunity for digital technologies and the development of the IT sector in the Czech Republic.
