Pavel Prouza is an experienced executive with a strong background in building and leading high-growth mobility and technology businesses. Before joining Wolt, he spent several years scaling FlixBus in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary, where he led the company to a turnover of over 1 billion CZK and established it as one of the dominant players in the region. He has also held senior roles across transport, digital services, and operations, with a consistent focus on organizational transformation, sustainable growth, and people-centric leadership. In November 2025, Pavel became the General Manager of Wolt Czech Republic, responsible for the overall strategy, market performance, and alignment with DoorDash at the international level. His leadership approach emphasizes transparency, fairness, and strong stakeholder collaboration across couriers, merchants, customers, and regulators. Pavel is a long-term advocate for mental health awareness and healthy lifestyle practices, which he incorporates into his leadership philosophy. Outside of work, he enjoys cycling, squash, and climbing.
