Robert Hristea is Programme Director of the Institute for Freedom and Democracy in Romania. He is also the founder and President of the European Centre for Governance and Public Administration. He holds a degree in social humanities and a master's degree in economics and business administration. He specialises in local public administration and sustainable development.
