Martin Kotek is the founder and creator of CHUTOO, a pocket-sized AI assistant for corporate training. Originally developed to overcome learning barriers for individuals with ADHD and dyslexia, CHUTOO has evolved into a solution for employees who find traditional e-learning unengaging. The tool primarily supports cybersecurity development and NIS2 implementation while also enabling HR teams to automate the creation of personalized courses. Martin is actively involved in the promotion of technology—he works at the Rectorate of CTU, focusing on the incubation of spinoffs and startups. He previously led the Center for Digitalization and Educational Technologies at CTU for several years and is the founder and head of the Association for Virtual and Augmented Reality.
