Michal Břežek

Michal Břežek graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno. Since graduation he has been practicing law and since 2017, he has been working at PELIKÁN KROFTA KOHOUTEK law firm. Michal's legal expertise includes commercial law, intellectual property law and IT/IP law. He also specialises in legal aspects of cyber security and digitalisation. He has extensive experience in legal advice on compliance with European Union regulations such as GDPR or DSA and provides legal advice in connection with the implementation of NIS 2 Directive.
