Oreste Pollicino is Full Professor of Constitutional Law and Media Law at Bocconi University and Emile Noel Senior Fellow at New York University. Currently, he holds pivotal positions, such as an independent member on the Management Board of the EU Agency for Fundamental Rights and in the Global Partnership of Artificial Intelligence at the OECD. In 2023, he joined the Resilient Governance and Regulation Working Group of the AI Governance Alliance, established by the World Economic Forum. He was the Honest Independent Broker contributed to the creation of the ‘European Code of Practice on Disinformation’. He has also been recently shortlisted as Advocate General of the European Court of Justice.
